HRD Officer
Requirements:

• Male or female,
• Age below 30 years old
• Candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, having experience in General HR or Recruitment/Staffing (knowledge in conducting and interpreting psychological test) would be advantage
• Having excellent communication skill, quick to adapt and sociable
• Good communication in spoken and written English is an advantage
• Willing to be located in Head Office or Factory Site

HR and Personnel Administration Officer
Requirements:

• Female, age below 28 years old
• Minimal Education level at least Diploma in any field (preferably business administration, secretary, and management)
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply, having experience as administration staff would be advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office and other computer application)
• Attention to detail, having high motivation and time management in completing the work
• Good communication skill and fast learner

Personnel Administration Officer
Requirements:

• Male or female
• Age not more than 30 years old
• Candidate Holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably from psychology, human resource management , business administration, law, or secretary
• Having min. 2 years of working experience in administration HR and personnel is required for this position.
• Good knowledge in medical claim, life insurance, Indonesia Labor Law,and tax.
• Computer literate (i.e. MS Office)
• Having excellent analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
• Having good communication skill to all level of employee
• Willing to be located in factory site or head office
