Building Manager
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Possess a degree from architect or civil engineering
- Minimum 8 years experiences as Building Manager of property management preferably in sizeable property management companies or developers
- Proficiency in English
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of mall, engineering, commercial office, retail or residential property including leasing, tenancy management and occupancy retention strategies
- Strong leadership, problem solving, communication, organization and interpersonal skills, discipline, responsible, honestly and good team work
- A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership role is a must
- Placement in SGC - Cikarang
