1. PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum)
- Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
- Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
- Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
- Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)
2. COAL PROCESSING PLANT SUPERVISOR (CPP)
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- Having 2 years experience in coal processing plant, fresh graduate are welcome
- Good knowledge in Stock Pile Management, Transportation Management Mechanical Equipment and Coal Technology
- Having POP Certified are preferable
- Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
3. EXTERNAL RELATION OFFICER
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Having minimum 3 years working experience in External Relation/Land compensation preferably in the mining industry
- Must have highly develop interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities, negotiation skill and ability to develop strong networks, to be a strong contender for the position.
- Able to establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization
- Ready worked in remote area
4. PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Site management experience in architectural, contruction and technical knowledge, actively perform weekly meeting, monitoring and coordinate time schedule
- Specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- 10 years experience in Construction, Project Planning & Development
- Able to operating software Auto Cad 3D
- Fluent in English
- Good negotiation skill, bidding, and well known about contract
- Strong skills in cost and schedule control for assigned projects to ensure efficient execution.
- Familiar with the application of construction safety aspects to achieve good safety record.
5. PRODUCTION CONTROL ENGINEER
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering
- Having minimum 1 years working experience in mining industry
- Having POP Certified are preferable
- Having knowledge in production engineering and quality system, strong analytical ability in technical field, especially mechanic or heavy equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
6. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Having minimum 7 years working experience in mining industry or manufacturing
- Having good knowledge on mechanical of material handling or conveyor system, pump and generating set.
- Having good analytical thinking & problem solving skills.
- Having leadership capability, communicative and able to work in team.
7. HR SUPERVISOR - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or Accounting
- Having minimum 2 years working experience, know well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration and payroll.
- Well organize, good filling and administration skill
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
8. SURVEY SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Geodetic Engineering
- Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to operating software & survey tools
- Having POP Certified are preferable
- Having good communication skills and an excellent team work
