Area Manager Mikro (AM)

• Min. 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang perbankan / perkreditan Mikro dengan kinerja sangat baik
• Berpengalaman memimpin Cluster atau yang setara
• Merencanakan dan mereview strategi perkembangan dan pengelolaan sales di level Cluster dan unit
• Mempunyai kemampuan untuk menetapkan target bisnis dan mensupervisi pencapaiannya

Cluster Manager (CM)

• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Head Unit Mikro Finance / Banking dengan kinerja sangat baik
• Mempunyai kemampuan dalam menetapkan target bisnis dan mensupervisi pencapaiannya

Area Credit Manager (ACM)

• Min. 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Credit Reviewer (diutamakan dari Bisnis Mikro)
• Memiliki pemahaman secara detail tentang proses kredit dengan agunan dan tanpa agunan dengan prinsip kehati-hatian
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap supervisi proses kelayakan pemberian kredit mikro di masing-masing wilayah

Cluster Credit Officer (CCO)

• Min. 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Credit Reviewer (diutamakan dari Bisnis Mikro)
• Memiliki pemahaman secara detail tentang proses kredit dengan agunan dan tanpa agunan dengan prinsip kehati-hatian

Kualifikasi :

• Pria/Wanita, min. pendidikan D3/S1
• Memiliki kepribadian yang baik, motivasi yang tinggi dan menyukai tantangan
• Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Indonesia
