Secretary
Requirements:

• Female, max. 30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
• Fluent in English both oral and writing.
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Computer literate min. MS. Office.
• Good personalities and self confidence.
• Mature, Hard worker , Excellent communication.

Staff Contract Admin

• Pria / Wanita, usia maks. 30 tahun.
• Pendidikan min. D3 Teknik Sipil / Arsitektur.
• Pengalaman kerja min. 2 tahun di administrasi kontrak, pengadaan (procurement), cost control, administrasi proyek, quantity surveyor.
• Menguasai aplikasi komputer (MS. Word, MS. Excell, Auto Cad), kontrak, filing, prosedur ISO, Bahasa Inggris.

Tax Staff
Kualifikasi :

• Pria / wanita.
• Usia maks. 28 tahun.
• Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Akuntansi.
• Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di area perpajakan (tax).
• Penempatan di unit bisnis Summarecon Serpong.

Tax Assistant Manager
Job Description :

• Implement the organisation’s tax strategy to optimize the amount of tax the company pays.
• Direct a variety of tax related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy, include : tax planning, research, compliance, tax submissions, reporting, fillings, auditing, and communicating with external tax agencies.
• Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Qualification :

• Accounting degree of reputable university.
• At least 6 years experience in tax field.
• Has good understanding of Indonesia tax law application.

Internal Auditor Staff
Qualifications :

• Male / Female, max 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable universities with min GPA 3,00.
• Having min 1-2 years of experience as Auditor, preferably Internal Auditor at property company or KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik).
• Having knowledge in Risk Management, ISO 9001:2008 & property / retail business.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Detail oriented, honest and willing to work hard.
• Proficient computing skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Quantity Surveyor M/E Supervisor (High Rise Building) - DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Timur
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university – Majoring Mechanical / Electrical.
• Male / Female, 27 to 35 years of age.
• Min 2 - 3 years of experience in estimating High Rise Building.
• Understand M/E system in High Rise Building.
• Computer literate (MS Words, Excel), Autocad.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

Quantity Surveyor M/E Staff (High Rise Building) - DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Timur
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university – Majoring Mechanical / Electrical.
• Male / Female, 25 to 30 years of age.
• Min 2 years of experience in estimating High Rise Building.
• Understand M/E system in High Rise Building.
• Computer literate (MS Words, Excel), Autocad.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

Graphic Designer Spv - DKI Jakarta
Tanggung Jawab: Menangani proyek desain majalah, branding dan marketing kit, serta proyek desain lainnya sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan, dari konsep hingga eksekusi dan Final Artwork.

Kualifikasi:

• Pria / Wanita usia max. 30 tahun.
• Minimal S1 Design Komunikasi Visual, Graphic Design.
• Pengalaman bekerja di bagian design grafis min. 3 tahun.
• Mahir mengoperasikan Software Desain; Adobe Creative Suites, terutama Adobe INdesign.
• Lebih diutamakan yang memiliki skill di bidang Fotografi, Digital Imaging, dan Video Editing.
• Kuat dalam konsep dan eksekusi desain, dengan portofolio yang baik.
• Memiliki sikap yang baik dan disiplin yang tinggi.
• Mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang ketat.
• Bersedia bekerja dalam team dan bersedia overtime.
